MCCLURE, JAY ALVIN “BUD”

Jay Alvin “Bud” McClure 17 of Denham Springs died Sunday, October 3, 2010.  He 
was a native of Covington and enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and 
riding 4-wheelers.  He was always putting others needs before his own.  
Through his giving heart, Bud frequently refused gifts so that other children 
may have and gave to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

A memorial visitation was held Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Seale Funeral 
Home in Denham Springs and resumed on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Amite 
Baptist Church in Denham Springs from 9 am until the memorial service at 10 am.

Surviving him was his father, his mother and step-father, two sisters, a 
brother, a brother-in-law, his grandparents, step-grandparents, a niece, a 
step-niece, a nephew, an aunt, two uncles and a great-uncle.

Preceding him in death was his grandfather, Horace G. McClure.
The family requested that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's 
Research Hospital.
