MCMORRIS, FREDDIE C.

Freddie C. McMorris 70 a resident of Walker passed away at 12:08 p.m. Sunday, 
April 26, 2009, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Bluebonnet. He was a 
native of Port Vincent. He worked as a supervisor for the town of Walker. He 
enjoyed hunting in his spare time, but he mostly enjoyed being with and 
providing for his family.

Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Tuesday April 28, 2009 
and Wednesday April 29, 2009 with interment in Sibley Cemetery, Walker. 
His wife of 49 years and 10 months, son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-
in-law, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sister and brother-in-
law, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews survive him. 

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly McMorris; parents, Eckford 
and Gracie Shelton McMorris; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Sylvin and 
Maudie Wesley; brother, J.D. McMorris; and brother-in-law, J.R. Wesley
