Moak, Linda Gail

She was 58, and a native of Baton Rouge, and a resident of Denham Springs.  
She died at 9:35 AM, Monday Nov 3, 2008, at Our Lady of the Lake Medical 
Center.

Visitation was held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, on Tuesday, Nov 4 2008.  With 
funeral services on Wed. Nov 5 in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment in 
Greenoaks Memorial Park.

She was survived by two sisters; two brothers; six nieces and nephews; and 
former husband.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lorraine Pourciau.
