She lived her life loving her lord, her family and was a very sweet and gracious lady. She was a member of Zoar Baptist Church, the Central Eastern Star Chapter 23, and was a homemaker. She was one of 10 children born to her parents, on April 9, 1920, and married her husband on Aug 14, 1941 and later they moved to the Central community of East Baton Rouge Parish where she had resided for the past 62 years. Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Tuesday. The funeral service was held Wednesday. Two daughters and a son-in-law, a son and daughter-in-law, a brother and sister-in-law, two sisters-in-law, two granddaughters, five grandsons, a great- grandson, and numerous nephews and nieces survive her.
