Charlsie Lout ONeal, one of God’s angels and born in Center, Texas, on Dec. 
17, 1937, was called home by God on Nov. 5, 2011. Charlsie graduated at 
Center, Texas, in 1956. She recently lived with her son, Kevin of Biloxi, 
Miss. 

She is survived by her two sons, a daughter, four grandsons, a brother, a 
sister-in-law, an aunt, and uncle. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray ONeal; brother, Willie 
M. Lout; sister, Bobby Lout Reed; and parents, Willie and Vada Lout. Charlsie 
loved God and was a blessing to many friends and family who will miss her.
