Glen Pickering died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, at Baton Rouge General Medical 
Center-Mid City. He was 59 and a resident of Walker. 

Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Saturday from 11 a.m. 
until memorial service at 1 p.m., conducted by Pastor Dennis Schaffer of Open 
Door Baptist Church. 

He is survived by his two daughters, two brothers, stepfather, former wife, 
and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ralph Pickering; and sister, 
Bernice Pickering Thibodaux. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Glen Pickering to Bible 
Education and Missionary Service, P.O. Box 10200, Gulfport, MS 39505, to 
purchase Bibles for missionaries throughout the world.
