He was a native of Springfield and was born Dec 8, 1948 in Independence and was a self-employed mechanic. Butch was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Amvets and American Legion. Visitation was held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond on Sunday, Feb 28, 2010 until the funeral services with interment in Carter Cemetery in Springfield. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, three sister and two brothers- in-law, an ex wife, four stepchildren, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, Percy Joseph and Ethel Mae Anderson Poche; a nephew, Michael Paul Sance; and grandparents, Fred and Lucille Anderson and Frank and Carrie Marie Poche.
