POLK, EASTON WADE

Easton Wade Polk, who shared just a short time with us, went to be our little
angel on Sunday, April 18, 2010. He was much anticipated with love and will be
missed with that and more. 

A graveside service was held Tuesday at Port Vincent Community Cemetery,
officiated by the Rev. Bernard.

He is survived by his parents, two brothers, maternal grandparents,; paternal
grandparents, maternal great-grandparents, paternal great-grandmother, aunts and
uncles, and many other relatives and loved ones.
