RANEY, TOMMY “HOUSTON”

Tommy “Houston” Raney 82 of Albany died Wednesday Feb 3, 2010 at his home.  He 
proudly served his country in the US Army and was a deacon at Blood River 
Baptist Church for 31 years.

Visitation was held on Friday Feb 5, 2010 at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home 
in Baptist and resumed on Saturday Feb 6, 2010 at Blood River Baptist Church 
in Albany with interment in Blood River Baptist Church Cemetery.

His wife of 51 years, two daughters and sons-in-law, a son, five 
grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four sisters and a brother and 
sister-in-law survives him.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Clay and Mary Louise Raney; and a 
brother, Henry Raney
