RICE, ROBERT KEITH

Robert Keith Rice 84 a longtime resident of Denham Springs died Sunday, 
December 12, 2010 at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge.  He was born 
September 6, 1926 and was a native of Wesson, MS.  He will be remembered for 
his love of Gospel music with years of service in music ministry at local 
churches.  He was a longtime member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a 
retired millwright with 30 years of service.

Visitation was held at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Denham Springs on Tuesday, 
December 14, 2010 and resumed on Wednesday, until the service with interment 
following in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery.

He was survived by his wife of 64 years, three daughters and sons-in-law, 14 
grandchildren, a brother and a sister.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Minnie and O.O. Rice; a son, Gerald; 
a daughter, Vicki; and two sisters, Betty Ruth Rice and June Allen.
