ROBERTS, SANDRA FAYE BANKSTON

Sandra Faye Bankston Roberts 63 died Saturday, Oct 31, 2009 after a courageous 
battle with cancer.  She was a life long resident of Denham Springs, a 
registered nurse and was retired from Honeywell, formerly Allied Signal.  She 
was a 1963 graduate of Denham Springs High School and was also a graduate of 
Northwestern University and Northwestern College of Nursing.  She was an avid 
golfer and a member of Denham Springs Country Club., Greystone Country Club, 
DSCC Ladies Golfers and a member of the Krewe of Denham Springs and a life 
long member of the First Baptist Church of Denham Springs.

Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Monday, Nov 2 
and Tuesday, Nov 3, 2009, until time for the Services with interment in 
Evergreen Memorial Park.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, two sons and a daughter-in-
law; four grandchildren; her mother; two sisters and a brother-in-law; four 
sisters-in-law;  and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other 
extended family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her father, Edward Bankston, Jr.; and brother and 
sister-in-law, Wayne and Jackie Bankston
