SELLERS, JAMES ELVIN

James Elvin Sellers 84 of Denham Springs died at 10:18 pm Friday, May 22, 2009 
at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge.  He was a native of Frost and a US 
Navy veteran of World War II. 

Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Tuesday, May 
26, 2009 and resumed in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 
until the funeral services with interment in Denham Springs Memorial Park.

He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, a son and daughter-in-law, a 
sister, a brother, two sisters-in-law, three grandsons and granddaughters-in-
law, two granddaughters and a grandson-in-law, four great-grandchildren, and 
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death was his wife of 58 years, Louise Harris Sellers; his 
mother, Annie Lucille Sellers; his father, Calvin J. Sellers Sr.; a sister, 
Evelyn Lewis; two brothers, Roland and Kenith Sellers; and a son-in-law, Jerry 
Smith.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Tina for the loving 
care she provided during Mr. Sellers' residence in Breaux Bridge and to the 
staff of Harvest Manor Nursing Home and Life Source Hospice
