SHARP, ANDREW E. JR

Andrew E. Sharp Jr., 72 of Walker died Friday, April 16, 2010.  He was born
March 17, 1938 and was raised in New Orleans.  He was a pre-Katrina resident of
Slidell and Pearl River.  Mr. Sharp graduated from St. Frances Assisi of New
Orleans in 1952, De La Salle High School in 1956 and LSU in 1960.  He was a
36-year employee of the Civil Engineering Department of Texaco Inc. in New
Orleans, retiring in 1996.

Visitation was held at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell on Tuesday, April 20,
2010 and resumed on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 until the funeral Mass with
interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Slidell.

His wife, a sister and brother-in-law, two sons and a daughter-in-law, a
daughter, 10 grandchildren, and a great-grandson survive him.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Andrew E. and Vivian A. Sharp

In Lieu of flowers donations were to be made to Amedisys Hospice Services of
Baton Rouge or St. Frances Episcopal Church in Denham Springs.

Honaker Funeral Home of Slidell handled arrangements.
