She was a native of Hammond, LA and a longtime resident of Walker. She was 71, and an active member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Denham Springs. She and her husband worked with the Livingston Parish Police Jury for 25 years. Her husband of 55 years; three daughters, a son, 13 grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, a sister and brother-in-law, and a sister-in- law survive her. Mrs. Dee was preceded in death by a son Jerry Sibley, Jr., a brother, Joseph “Joe” Lee Kennard, a son-in-law, Robert Young, Sr.,; and parents Lee V. and Mary Jane Graziano Kennard Services were at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in Port Hudson Memorial Cemetery.
