He was a resident of Littleton, CO, a former resident of Baton Rouge, and a native of Bay Springs, MS. He was born Sep 20, 1936 to J.T. Smith and Myrtis Broome Smith. He graduated from Baker High School and attended the University of Mississippi and was a veteran of the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Mr. Smith had been stationed at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton Washington, and Adak, Alaska. After military service he graduated from Northeast Louisiana State College in Monroe with a degree in Pharmacy. He retired in 1994 from the Upjohn Pharmaceuticals Co. He was a member of Faith Community Church in Littleton CO. He is survived by his wife; a son and daughter-in-law; a sister; and brother and sister-in-law. Services were held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs. “Tommy” was laid to rest in Port Hudson National Cemetery.
