Nelda "Nellie" Stewart 
(February 29, 1940 - December 24, 2009) 

Mrs. Nelda "Nellie" Faye Stewart, age 69, passed away at her home in Holden on 
Dec. 24 at 2:15 am. She was a native of Holden and a retired clerk with the 
Livingston Parish Clerk of Court. 

Visitation was held at Geisler Funeral Home in Albany on Saturday, Dec. 26 
from 6 until 9 pm and on Sunday after 8:30 am until the religious service at 
10 am with interment following in James Chapel Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, daughter and son-in-law, two sons and daughters-
in-law, three sisters, and two brothers, eight grandchildren, and three great-
grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Brady E. Stewart, Jr.; parents, John O 
and Hazel 
Hill Sanders; a sister, Earlene Sanders and grandson, Trent Stewart
