ROMAIN EVIS M. “SAINT” Evis M. “Saint” St. Romain 76 of Brusly died 12:27 pm on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Bluebonnet. He was a native of Marksville and a retired general manager of Port Allen Marine Service with 22 years of service. He was a 13 year veteran of the US Air Force who served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly and Loyal Order of Moose Westside Lodge 2007. Visitation was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home on Monday, October 4, 2010 and resumed on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 until the religious services followed by entombment in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum in Brusly. He was survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, a sister, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his wife, Lill Davis St. Romain; his parents, Martin and Josephine St. Romain; a sister, Pearl LaBorde. We know he has gone home to be with his mother whom he only enjoyed for 12 years.
