He was a native of Baton Rouge and a private in the US Army stationed at Fort Polk. A graveside service was held at Roselawn Cemetery in Baton Rouge on Wednesday Feb 3, 2010. Two daughters, two sons, 18 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren survive him. Preceding him in death was his wife, Natalie “Punk” Sullivan; his father, John L. Sullivan, Sr.; his mother, Gladys L.
