SWEARINGEN, TINCIE STRICKLAND

Tincie Strickland Swearingen 96 of Kentwood died at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday, March 
30, 2010 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS.  She 
was born Dec 16, 1913 in Magnolia, MS.

Visitation was held at McKneely Funeral Home in Kentwood on Thursday, April 1, 
2010 and resumed on Friday, April 2, 2010 until religious services conducted 
by Dr. Danny Smith with interment in Spring Creek Cemetery in Kentwood.

She is survived by a son, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two 
great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Velo Swearingen; a son, Jerry 
Swearingen; two sisters, Thelma Ricks and Clyde Forrest; a brother, Dallas 
Strickland Sr.; and her parents, Luther and Pearlie Strickland.
