THAMES, LARRY W.

Larry W. Thames, 60, died Friday Sept 25, 2009 at his residence in Walker.  He 
was a native of Baton Rouge and a veteran of the US Army.  He was a graduate 
of Istrouma High School and a former Denham Springs Police officer.

Visitation was held at Christian Fellowship Center in Walker on Thursday Oct 
1, 2009.  A Graveside service was held at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in 
Monticell, MS on Friday Oct 2, 2009 at 11 AM.

His wife, his father, a daughter and son-in-law, two sons and a daughter-in-
law, two sisters, two brothers, and eight grandchildren survive him.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Elaine Walker Thames; a niece, Hollie 
Thames; and nephew, Cliff Thames.
