VAVASSEUR, CONSTANCE RUTH “CONNIE”

 Constance Ruth “Connie” Vavasseur 57 of Carville died  Saturday, March 13, 2010
as the result of an automobile accident.

Visitation was held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Mission Chapel Gillis W. Long
Center in Carville on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 and resumed on Thursday, March
18, 2010 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church until Mass of Christian Burial at 11
a.m. with interment in St. Gabriel Catholic Church Cemetery.

Her husband, two daughters and sons-in-law, six grandchildren, a
great-grandchild, two brothers and sisters-in-law, and three sisters and two
brothers-in-law survive her.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Richard and Amelia Martin; a brother,
Daniel Martin; a niece, Beth Wilson; and a brother-in-law, Vigil Villar.
