Betty Patricia Bennett Westbrook 80 of Denham Springs died 2:45 am Sunday Feb 8, 2009 at Promise Specialty Hospital in Baton Rouge. She was a loving wife, and mother who always had a smile on her face and a native of Troy NY. She had an enormous heart for all of God’s creatures. Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs Thursday. Feb 12, 2009 and resumed at the funeral home chapel on Friday Feb 13, 2009 from 10 a.m. until funeral service at noon, with entombment in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Baker. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Her husband of 57 years, Neland Elmo Westbrook; parents, Ivon and Belva Bennett; daughter, Marion Yvonne Browning; and a brother, Phillip Edward Bennett, preceded her in death. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Cat Haven.
