David Williamson 
 
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is 
the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9. 

A resident of Zachary, David Earl “Dave” Williamson died at 2:30 p.m. Friday, 
March 11, 2011, at Harvest Manor Nursing Home. He was 73. 

Visitation was at Wilson-Wooddale Funeral Home, 1553 Wooddale Blvd., on Monday 
until religious service, conducted by the Rev. Bennie Jones. 

He is survived by his wife, daughter and son-in-law, four sons and three 
daughters-in-law, a brother, 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilfred Williamson; mother, Lucille S. 
Williamson; and grandson, David Chad Williamson. 

Special thanks to Harvest Manor Nursing Home and staff, Life Source Hospice, 
and all the family and friends that touched his life. No flowers, please.
