To any Judge, Justice of the Peace, or Minister of the Gospel:

YOU ARE HEREBY EMPOWERED to solomnize the RITES OF MATRIMONY
between Mr. Leonard McKinney and Miss Lillie Kinchen both of the Parish of
Livingston, at such time and place as may be designated, and make a return of your
proceed to my office as soon as practicable.

Given under my hand and official seal, at the Town of Centerville, Parish of Livingston,
this 2nd day of October 19 18.

This is the Certify, that on this Second day of October A.D. 1918 , at the 
house of the bride's father, Springfield, Louisiana, I, the undersigned 
authority, by virtue of a License issued out of the District Court of said 
Parish of Livingston, have united in bonds of matrimony, Mr. Leonard 
McKinney and Miss Lillie Kinchen in the presence of the undersigned 
witnesses.
