Billy Earl Carter, age 71 of Searcy, Arkansas died Monday, May 14, 2007 in Searcy. He was born
February
15, 1936 at Shreveport, Louisiana to Elvin Carter and Elsie Hazel (Brownell) Carter. He was a retired
U.S. Air Force Veteran of Vietnam and a Civil Service Clerk. He is also a 1954 graduate of Tallulah
H.S.,
Tallulah, La.  He was a member of the Cal Aclin Sunday School Class at the First Baptist Church in
Searcy.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lucille Carter of Searcy; two brothers, Jerry Carter of
Fitchburg,
Massachusetts, and Jimmy Brewster of Clovis, California. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elvin
and
Elsie Carter.
Visitation is Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to
follow at
2:00 p.m. Interment will be at White County Memorial Gardens. The family has requested memorials be
made to
the Searcy First Baptist Church Building Fund.
