Watts, 69, who died Wednesday (1/26/1966) at his home following a long illness will be held today (Friday) at 2 p.m. Services will be conducted at the Tallulah Methodist Church with the Rev. Clark Bell Officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. A native of Mackville, Ky., Mr. Watts had been a resident of Madison Parish for the past 40 years. He was a member of the Farm Bureau and many other organizations. He was a farmer. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sally Watts, two sons, Tilford Watts, Jr. of Tallulah; Reid Foster; Tallulah; two daughters, Mrs. J. O. Gibson, Harrison, Ark; and Mrs. R. E. Latoof of New 0rleans, three brothers, E. W. Watts, Cleveland, Ohio, J. C, and R. B. Watts both of Tallulah; seven sisters, Mrs. Minor Lester and Mrs. Lillie Leonard, both of Harrisonburg, Ky.; Mrs. Jordan Carpenter, Darnell, La; Mrs. Rupert Harmon, Tallulah; Mrs. Marie Jordan and Mrs. R. B. Cox both of Columbus, Miss. and Mrs. Hugh Vance, Atlanta, Ga., and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be his nephews.
