W. Terry of Tallulah, and John Clark Byram, son of Mrs. John Clark Byram and the late Mr. Byram, were married Saturday, April 24, in the First Baptist Church of Tallulah, with the Reverend Clarence Crow officiating. Mrs. L. Westmoreland played the wedding march as the bridal party entered the church. The bride was lovely in a navy tailored suit with matching accessories. She wore a corsage of white carnations. Her only attendant was Miss Bettie Byram of Louisiana State Normal College, the groom's sister. Miss Byram wore a navy ensemble with white accessories and a corsage of pink roses. Lieut. Sam J. Scurria of Seymour, Indiana, was best man. The bride's mother wore pink with black accessories and an iris corsage. Mrs. Byram was dressed in brown and white with matching accessories and a corsage of pink roses. The couple left immediately following the ceremony for a short honeymoon to south Louisiana. They will make their home in Tallulah. Mrs. Byram is a graduate of Tallulah High School and attended Draughn's Business College in Jackson. She was employed at the Triple A office before her marriage.
