THELMA LOUISE DICKERSON ADAMS

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Louise Dickerson Adams, age 76, are 
scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2012 at Carter Cemetery with Rev. 
Dean Walsworth officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-9 p.m. at 
Golden Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Adams, a homemaker and resident of Mer Rouge, LA, passed away Monday, 
February 6, 2012. She was a member of White Avenue Baptist Church and in 
latter years had attended Horseshoe Baptist Church. She enjoyed making 
handmade porcelain dolls and ceramics. She liked all crafts and enjoyed 
working with her computer when she was able. 

Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hoover Adams; 
parents, Garrison Fuller Dickerson and Katie Sisk Dickerson; brother, G.F. 
Dickerson; and sister, Marie Walker. 

She is survived by two daughters, Lanette Dawna Faciane and Cheryl Lynn 
Hughes, both of Indiana; three sons, Raymond Louis Adams and wife Patty of 
Iberia, LA, Allen Fuller Adams and wife Dianna of Mer Rouge, LA, Virgil Craig 
Adams and wife Lynette of South Carolina; sister, Hazel Carpenter of 
Shreveport, LA, nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and numerous 
nieces and nephews.
