GAYLA MCDONALD ADKINS


Funeral services for Ms. Gayla McDonald Adkins are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, 
August 6, 2021 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Mr. Preston Church 
officiating.

Ms. Adkins passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the age of forty-seven.

She is survived by her grandmother, Patricia Church; mother, Patricia June 
McDonald; children, Sarah Alex Adkins  and Calli Oliver; sisters, Sarah Rucker 
and husband Danny, Monica Thurmon and husband Preston, Lori Benoit and husband 
Todd, and Tara Gunter; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and 
friends.

Ms. Adkins is preceded in death by her father, William Earl McDonald; and 
grandparents, Wilbur and Lois McDonald.
