HENRY AHRENS

Servies are set for 2 p.m. today for Henry Ahrens, 80, in the chapel of Golden 
Funeral Home, with the Reverend Darrell Ball officiating. Burial will follow in 
the Bartholomew Cemetery.

Mr. Ahrens died Tuesday in the Haven Nursing Home of Columbia. He was a lifelong 
resident of Morehouse Parish.

His survivors include three cousins, Mrs. Mary E. Turner of Baytown, Texas, C.L. 
Schultz and Perdom Schultz both of El Dorado; two nieces, Joyce Whitsen of 
Florida and Mona Thomason of Texas; and one nephew, Larry Barron of Monroe.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Norman Matheny, Mingo Sisk, Ed Johnson, 
Buddy Anderson, E.B. Floyd, Robert F. McKoin, Allen W. Tubbs, and Odell Johnson
