BERTHA MAE HEAROD ANDREWS

Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Mae Hearod Andrews will be held at 2 PM 
Monday, March 4, 2013 at Victory Tabernacle with Rev. Kevin Sanders 
officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery under the direction of 
Golden Funeral Home. 
Mrs. Andrews, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Thursday, February 28, 
2013 in Bastrop, LA. Mrs. Andrews was a member of Victory Tabernacle. Mrs. 
Andrews was born in Bastrop, LA, she and her husband lived in Los Angeles 
County for 42 years, they raised three kids and two grand kids for 32 years in 
LaMirada, CA. She was a homemaker and mother. She has been in Bastrop, LA for 
15 years. Mrs. Andrews is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Hearod and 
Ola Mae Brown Hearod; a brother, James "Sonny" Hearod; a grandson, Matthew 
Weyandt; a daughter-in-law, Linda Andrews. 
Mrs. Andrews is survived by her husband, David Joseph Andrews; three children, 
Michael Andrews of Bastrop, LA, Terri Mayfield of West Monroe, LA, Carl Andrews 
and wife Cheri of Apple Valley, CA; two sisters, Shirley Bell of Shreveport, 
LA, Elizabeth Espinosa both of Glendora, CA; four grandchildren, four great 
grandchildren, and half sister, Barbara Hearod Ellerbe of Bastrop, LA. 
The family will receive friends Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 5 PM until 8 PM at 
Golden Funeral Home and Monday from 10 AM until service time Monday at Victory 
Tabernacle.
