DURWOOD ANDREWS


Mr. Durwood “Buddy” “Red Man” Andrews, age 76, of Bastrop, LA, passed away
Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at his residence. A Visitation of Remembrance will be
held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Golden Funeral
Home, Bastrop.
Mr. Andrews, a retired employee of International Paper Company, was a founding
member of the Second Ward Hunting Club. He loved hunting and fishing. He also
served in the National Guard and was a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Andrews is survived by his sister, Lynn Riels and husband Dale of Bastrop,
LA; nephew, Reagan Trisler and wife Jennifer and two great nephews, A.J. Trisler
and Liam Trisler.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Reagan and Oma Andrews.
