Golden Funeral Home - March 2006
ANDREW DEE SR. ARTHUR

Funeral services for Mr. Andrew Dee Arthur, Sr., 86, of Bastrop, LA are 
scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at the chapel of Golden Funeral 
Home with Revs. Marty Black and Jimmie Herring officiating. Interment will 
follow in Bonita Road Baptist Cemetery. 
Mr. Arthur, a retired employee of 44 years with International Paper Company and 
member of Bonita Road Baptist Church, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2006 at the 
Golden Age Senior Care Center in Monroe. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. 
Mr. Arthur is survived by his wife, Pauline Ethel Arthur; two sons, Andrew Dee 
Arthur,Jr. and wife Connie of Bastrop, LA, Garry Don Arthur of Bastrop, LA; 
daughter in-law, Genia Arthur of Vicksburg, MS; two sisters, Joyce Keene of 
Bastrop, LA, Athea Basham of Bay Springs, MS; nine grandchildren and fifteen 
great grandchildren. 
He is preceded in death by his son, Charles William Arthur. 
Serving as pallbearers are his grandsons: Tony Arthur, Jon Arthur, Andy Arthur, 
Garry Wayne Arthur, David Arthur, Skylar Arthur and A.J. Arthur. 
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 
Golden Funeral Home
