Alfonso Bailey, 56, of Bastrop, LA., departed this life on Monday, February 9, 
2026 in Alexandria, LA.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 
2026 at 1:00 pm at Gateway Assembly of God in Sterlington, LA. Visitation will be 
held on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Mitchell Funerals and 
Cremations in Bastrop, LA. Burial will follow at H.V. Adams Cemetery in Bastrop, 
LA, under the directions of Mitchell Funerals and Cremations of Bastrop, LA.
