HEATHER RENEE BAILEY 
COX FUNERAL HOME BASTROP, LOUISIANA 

Heather Renee Bailey was born July 23, 1980 at Dardanelle, Arkansas. She passed 
away from natural causes on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her father's home in 
Longview, Texas. Heather was a resident most of her adult life of Panama City, 
Florida. She is preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Ford of Conway, 
Arkansas; her grandparents, Charles E. "Bud" Parker, Jr. and Sidney Parker of 
Bastrop, Louisiana and Carl Ford of Conway, Arkansas. Heather is survived by her 
grandmother, Margie Ford; her father, Charles E. "Buddy" Parker, III, his wife, 
Sara Norsworthy Parker; older brother, Jason Allen Parker; half-brother, Jeremy 
Kent; step-sister, Kristina Young; older sister, Amanda Parker and younger 
brother, Charles E. "Chad" Parker, IV. Heather was loved by her six nephews and 
five nieces as well as all her extended family, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She 
will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at Cox Funeral Home of 
Bastrop, Louisiana beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9th, followed by 
graveside services at Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim 
Benbrook officiating.
