Reverend Don Boyett will officiate. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial Cemetery on Louisiana Highway 134 in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Lake Providence. Visitation will be held from 1 PM until time of service on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Cox Funeral Home, 210 North Hood Street in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Mrs. Bell passed into eternal life on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Rapids General Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her husband, Benton Raymond Bell; father, Lucian Ira Noland; mother, Georgie Elaine (Burgess) Noland; son, Keith Bell; daughter, Teresa Kennedy; daughter, Winona Bell; brother, Wayne Noland; and brother, Royce Noland. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and John Herrington of Lake Providence, Louisiana; grandson and his wife, John Michael and Tina Herrington of Tallulah, Louisiana; granddaughter, Kristin Herrington of Lake Providence; granddaughter and her husband, Katie and Matt Caruth of Lake Providence; granddaughter and her husband, Amber and Gregory Bryant of Alexandria, Louisiana; grandson, Adam Kennedy of Alexandria, Louisiana; grandson, Matthew Kennedy of Alexandria, Louisiana; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Linda Hawsey (Jimmy)of St. Joseph, Louisiana; sister, Sharon Carpenter (Gardner) of Vicksburg, Mississippi; and special friend, Mandy Frasier of Lake Providence.
