KATHY HOLLEY BENTON

Funeral services for Kathy Holley Benton of Portland, Texas, will be held at 1 
p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. 
Barry Brister officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. 
Visitation will be from 6 p.m until 9 p.m., Friday, Jan. 26, at Golden Funeral 
Home.

Mrs. Benton, age 43, died on Jan. 24, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

 
 
She is survived by her husband, John Benton of Portland, Texas; one daughter, 
Taylor Benton of Portland, Texas; three sons, Kirt Buch of Portland, Texas and 
Kevin Benton also of Portland and Kyle Benton, both of Minneapolis, Minn.; one 
sister, Tina Holley Lipham of Monroe; two brothers, Jimmy D. Holley of Austin, 
Texas, Mark Holly of Monroe, and one grandson, Damien Buch.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hosey and Alice Irby Holley.

Pallbearers will be Danny Gentry, Jerry Gentry, Ted Parker, Dennis Irby, John 
Caviness and Raymond Holley.
