ERIC DEWAYNE BLAKELY

Eric Dewayne Blakely, 56, of Bastrop, LA departed this life on Tuesday, February 
24, 2026 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA.  Funeral services will be 
held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 12:00 noon, at The Morehouse Baptist 
Association Building in Bastrop, LA.  Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 
2026 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The Morehouse Baptist Association Building in 
Bastrop, LA.  Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Beekman, LA, under the 
directions of Mitchell Funerals and Cremations of Bastrop, LA.
