LINDA ANN ANDREWS BLOOD

Ms. Linda Ann Andrews Blood was born in Monroe, Louisiana on September 8, 1962. 
She passed away into eternal life on September 5, 2021 at St. Francis Medical 
Center in Monroe, Louisiana. Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Ann 
Johnson Andrews and her grandparents, Myrtis and Roy Johnson and Lessie and Fred 
Andrews.

Linda had a servant's heart and a love for life and her family. She was a 
beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She devoted her life to 
taking care of others, especially her family. Along with her husband, Rodney, 
Linda enjoyed road trips on their motorcycle and spending time with one another. 
She was a child of God and is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and 
Saviour.

Linda is survived by her husband, Rodney Blood; her children, Jamie DeCrane and 
her husband, Justin, and Zach Powell; grandchildren, Drake DeCrane and Hank 
DeCrane; her father, Pete Andrews; sister, Tammy Andrews; and two brothers, 
Ronnie Andrews and Donnie Andrews. She is also survived by a host of extended 
family and many friends.

A time of visitation will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 beginning at 12:00 
p.m. at Cox Funeral Home of Bastrop followed by graveside funeral services at 
2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Jim Gilley officiating. Services 
are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
