"NAP" BONNER Funeral services for W.C. "Nap" Bonner, 65 of Sacramento, Calif., are scheduled at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at The Lord's Church in Mather, Calif., with the Rev. Richard Cordoza officiating. Mr. Bonner died Friday, Jan. 12, at his residence in Sacramento following a lengthy illness. He was an avid gardener and cook. He loved helping people, regardless of the need. He was a member of Lents Masonic Lodge 156 AF&AM in Milwaukie, Oregon. He was also director of the Food Closet for people in need. Mr. Bonner was self-employed in the construction industry. He was born June 16, 1935, in Oak Grove, La., to the late Wilbur Calvin and Lucinda Victoria Raymond Bonner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Laurette, a granddaughter, Karen Blackwood, three brothers, Floys, Joe and Owen "Pete" Bonner, and one sister, Artie Barbee. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Bonner of Sacramento; one daughter, Katrina Blackwood of Gulfport, Miss.; five sons, Robert Bonner of Fairview, Oregon, Jim Bonner of Carmichael, Calif., Clyde Boatwright of Anchorage, Alaska, Kevin Boatright of Portland, Oregon and Jack Deming of Tillamook, Oregon; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louella Sasser of Oak Grove and L.V. Roberts of Bastrop; and two brothers, James Bonner of Bastrop, and Huey Bonner of Greenville, Miss.
