SHIRLEY ANN KINNEY BROWN

Graveside services for Mrs. Shirley Ann Kinney Brown, age 70, will be held at 
10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Stevenson Cemetery with the Rev. 
Ralph "Buddy" Kinney Jr. officating under the direction of Golden Funeral 
Home. 

Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She was a loving 
wife, mother, and Nanny who loved all her "babies". 

Mrs. Brown is survived by three daughters, Debra Hobson and husband Reggie of 
Spencer, LA, Holly Lawrence and husband Jerry of Bastrop, LA, Sandra Middleton 
and husband Tony of Bastrop, LA; an "adopted" daughter, Becky Carter Edwards 
and husband Ricky of West Monroe, LA; seven grandchildren, Joshua Hobson and 
wife Tiffany, Heath Hobson, Matt Brown, Tori Lawrence, Jacob Lawrence, Sydney 
Middleton, Jessica Edwards; one great-granddaughter, Carlie Hobson; two 
brothers, Theodore Kinney and wife Opal, Gene Kinney and wife Sue; brother-in-
law, John L. Brown and wife Sue; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her husband, Edward N. Brown; parents, 
Lawrence and Ivera Kinney; brothers, Ralph Kinney, George Kinney, Jimmy 
Kinney; brother-in-law, Raymond Brown; sisters-in-law, Clara Belle Kinney and 
Reatha Brown, father-in-law Ollie Brown and mother-in-law Lois Brown.
