Golden Funeral Home - January 2019
CORAL EDNA BURNETT


Funeral services for Mrs. Coral Edna Burnett, age 55, are scheduled for 2 PM
Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Allan Eppinette
officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction
of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday, January 7, from 5 PM
until 7 PM at Harmony Baptist Church.
Mrs. Burnett, a member of Harmony Baptist Church, passed away Saturday, January
5, 2019. She loved life, loved her family dearly and always had a smile on her
face. She loved the outdoors and loved taking care of the elderly. She was a
strong supporter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Burnett; mother, Anita Bishop of Glenwood
Springs, CO; daughter, Lisa Burnett of Bastrop, LA; sons, Scott Burnett and wife
Stephanie of Bastrop, LA, Robert Burnett and wife Brittney of Bastrop, LA;
step-daughter, Alice Powell and husband Steve, Jr of Calhoun, LA; sisters,
Andrea Mauriello and husband John of Canon City, CO. Marilyn Kelly of Glenwood
Springs, CO; brothers, Tom Bittrolff of Babylon, NY, Jack Bittrolff of Spring
Hill, FL; grandchildren, Camren Burnett and Daxton Burnett; step-grandchildren,
Krissi Nunnery and husband Glenn and Aaron Lebrun.
Mrs. Burnett is preceded in death by her father, William Bittrolff; brother,
William Bittrolff, Jr.; step-son, Michael Burnett and grandson, Clayton Burnett.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Burnett, Scott Burnett, Jonathan Swayze,
Bobby Goodson, Bo Pepper and Buddy Murphy. Honorary pallbearers will be Camren
and Daxton Burnett.
