ALBERT CHOAT

Funeral services for Albert Choat, age 76, of Canton, Georgia will be 2PM, 
Monday, December 6, 2021, at Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana with Rev. 
Archie Haley officiating. Interment will be in the Lake Providence City Cemetery 
in Lake Providence. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Sunday from 6PM - 8PM at Cox Funeral Home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Choat and Cleatis 
Choat; brother, Willie Choat; sister, Sue Choat.

Albert is survived by his wife, Evelyn Elaine Choat of Canton, Georgia; son, 
Brian Choat of Centerton, Arkansas; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Jordan 
Hatch of Canton, Georgia; five grandchildren, Hannah Hatch, Sydney Hatch, 
Kaitlyn Hatch, Jaxon Hatch, Kelly Hatch, all of Canton, Georgia; sister, Sylvia 
Jones of Henderson, Texas; step mother, Ruth Choat of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
