SHIRLEY WOOTEN CONNELL

Services for Shirley Wooten Connell, 83 of Bastrop, LA formerly of Clayton, LA 
will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 19, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn 
Funeral Home-Rayville with William Waller and Kerry Wooten officiating. 
Interment will follow in the Rayville Masonic Cemetery in Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Connell was born September 11, 1929 in Forest, MS and passed from this 
life on January 17, 2013 in Bastrop, LA.

She is preceded in death by her parents-James Hill and Essie Greer Boyter, 
Lorin Boyter, Helen Hill, Roland Boyter, Ruth Corley, Bob Boyter, stepsons-
Robert Wooten and Terry Wooten.

She is survived by three sons-Ronnie Martin and wife Sylvia of Vidalia, LA, 
Ralph Martin, Jr., of Vidalia, LA Dale Martin and wife Tam of Rayville, LA; a 
daughter-Liz Martin Anderson of Bastrop, LA; a step daughter-Debbie Wells and 
husband James of Price, Utah; a brother-Roy Boyter of Shreveport, LA; numerous 
grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Boyter, Shane Martin, Will Martin, Curtis Martin, 
Currie Connell, and Zachery Connell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Connell and Eric Newmun.
