Don Bryan & Rev. Bob Sivils officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove South Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6-9 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Cook, a former employee of TG&Y and a homemaker, died April 5, 2004, at North Monroe Hospital. She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church and very active in the WMU and in the life of the church. Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Kenneth Cook; two sons, Kenneth Wayne Cook, Jr. & wife Annie of Collinston and Keith Cook & wife Phyllis of Collinston; one sister, Mary Ann Smock & husband John of Crockett, TX; two brothers, Earl McKoin of Jones and James "Cooter" McKoin & wife Alice of Bonita; five grandchildren, Elizabeth Cook, Ezra Cook, Bo Cook, Luke Cook and Lindsey Cook. Mrs. Cook is preceded in death by her parents, S.T. Mckoin & Willie Sharp McKoin; two brothers, Bunnie J. McKoin and Sherrod Thomas McKoin.
