John was born on January 18, 1926 and passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. 
Mr. Cook was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired 
superintendent with the Louisiana Highway Department. Private graveside services 
will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery of Bastro
