Golden Funeral Home - April 2016
ALICE DOKE CREEL

Funeral services for Ms. Alice Doke Creel, age 58, are scheduled for 11 AM 
Monday, April 11, 2016 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. John 
White officiating. Interment will follow in Bartholomew Cemetery.

Ms. Creel, a homemaker, and member of Bonita Baptist Church, passed away 
Saturday, April 9, 2016. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a hard 
working person, very outgoing and outspoken. Ms. Creel enjoyed life and 
thought of everyone else before she did herself.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Simmons and husband Michael; sons, 
Kenny Lynn Jones and wife Angel, James Creel, and Joe Cole; sister, Ruby Lee 
Stanley; brother, Danny Ray Crenshaw; and grandchildren, Micheal Shawn 
Simmons, Matthew Simmons, Nathan Jones, Wyatt Jones, Rebekah Jones and 
Victoria Rahnert.

Ms. Creel is preceded in death by her mother, Lorine Jackson; father, O.D. 
Doke, and sister, JoAnn Doke.

Serving as pallbearers will be; Kenny Jones, Mike Simmons, James Creel, Joe 
Cole, Jonathon Pilgreen, Buster Guice, Chris Middlebrooks and Micheal 
Simmons.

Honorary pallbearer will be Bryan Gunter.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 5 PM - 7 PM at Golden 
Funeral Home.
