He passed away on the morning of December 3, 2024 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana. Mr. Cummins is preceded in death by his parents, Mattie Peavy Cummins and Thomas Elmo Cummins; two sisters, Mary Virginia McNease and Ann Loretta Gower; and a brother, Jerry Lynn Cummins, Sr. Lee was a beloved and devoted son, brother, uncle, and husband. He was known for his calm disposition, kind spirit, strong work ethic, and endearing smile. He enjoyed watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke, wrestling, and playing Bingo. His favorite meal was fried fish and if given the choice he would eat it three times a day. A gentle soul, Lee blessed the lives of all fortunate to know him. Mr. Cummins is survived by his wife, Kimberly Milton Cummins; his sister, Barbara Plumley and husband Benny; brothers, Douglas Cummins and wife Jackie, and William Cummins; loved and devoted niece, Patricia Houston; and loyal friend, Paula Anders. In honor of his wishes Lee will be buried next to his mother at the family cemetery.
