DELAMAR Funeral services for J.W. Delamar, 56, are being held at 2 p.m. today at Golden Funeral Chapel with Rev. Luther Martin and Rev. Leslie Farrar officiating. Interment was set for Pickett Family Cemetery in Bastrop. Mr. Delamar died Saturday night at his residence on the old Monroe Road after a brief illness. He was amember of New Friendship Baptist Church, a retired rural letter carrier and a U.S. Air Force veteral of World War II. His is survived by his wife, Johnnie Pickett Delamar; one daughter, Mrs. Dottie Fair of Monticello, Ark; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Sheffield of Crossett, Ark; three nephew, two nieces and three grandchildren.
