IVA BELLE EAKINS

Funeral services were held today at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Golden's Funeral 
home for Mrs. Iva Belle Eakins, 78, of Norman Okla.

Mrs. Eakins died Saturday at the Rosewood Nursing Home at Norman, following a 
lengthy illness.

The Reverend E.L. Hayes officiated at services this morning and interment 
followed at Stevenson's Cemetery under the direction of Golden's.

Survivors include one son, J.D. "Bill" Rogers of Bastrop; four daughters, Mrs. 
Faith Bradshaw of Tulsa, Okla., Mrs. Janie Anderson of Memphis, Tenn., Mrs. 
Jacqualin Petters of Wichita Falls, Tex., and Mrs. Marion Eacon of Memphis, 
Tenn.; four sisters, Mrs. Dell Carrington of Norman, Okla., Mrs. Ella Mae Allen 
of Shawall, Okla., Mrs. Mary Rush of Kansas and Mrs. Leata Stewart of Dallas, 
Tex.

Serving as pallbearers were Troy Hughes, Gary Parrish, Jeff McCain, Allen Riley, 
James Rogers and Johnny Ford
